Requirement to modify existing mq4 source code by adding just the SR line to file1 MTF SAR .mq4

I'll provide 3 file from forex-station, 2x mq4 and 1x .ex4, just need to modify file 1 which is already MTF in mq4 source code provided, just need to add SR line to file 1 will do.
because presently I only manage to find file3 in .ex4 from forex-station, but I want file3 in mq4 format, I manage to find file 1+ file 2 in mq4 from mql forum and forex-station,
you can copy paste some of the source code the 3x file provided see attached = to make file1 into like file3.
Please see attached pic, I just need _7x option field_ to be added from file2 and file3 into -> file 1.mq4.
Upon completion to deliver file1 in .mq4 source code with the updated SR added (7x options to add to file1 .mq4, see attached pic)

Note: option item 7. see attached pic, the Unique ID for SR lines option field is to allow the same MTF indicator SR line to be loaded more than once onto same chart
so that with the Unique ID it will be able to draw MTF SR Line on same chart, meaning for same indicator example:
-> I set to Unique ID "Sar SR5" for Time Frame to use: 5 min on m1 chart it will draw the 5min SR line on m1 chart, and again
-> I can load same indicator 2nd time to same m1 chart but this time I use different Unique ID "Sar SR15" for 15 min SR line to be drawn on m1 chart,
= so it will draw both 5 min and 15 min SR line on same m1 chart, please see attached "Final Result.png" pic must look similar :)
presently the Final Result pic is from file 3.ex4, the job is customize file1.mq4 to make it like file3.
I only have source code for file 1 and 2 .mq4, and ex4 for file3, please check the attached file and pic and let me know if you can take up the job?

To conclude: Job is to customize by modifying existing file 1 - MTF Sar Parabolic indicator .mq4 by adding SR the 7x options field from file2 and file3 over to file1.

file1. Job is to add SR to file 1 "parabolic sar(mtf) 2.01 .mq4" <- to modify customize file 1 by adding SR (see attached pic just need to add the 7x option field to file 1)
file2. Single Time Frame with SR .mq4 "parabolic sar sr 2.mq4" - for reference
file3. MTF with SR .ex4 "parabolic sar (mtf+sr+btn).ex4" - for reference
