Modify indicator Half Trend

I have the enclosed indicator and I created an EA

strategy is: 

M5 chart. when indicator half trend is stable in one direction (line red/blue), and also zigzag indicator is stable (white arrow), we await Object block indicator box. if 3 indicators are put in the same direction, we open.

closure is done in several ways (partial closure TP, SL, and opposite indicator half trend).

the system is working, basically the problem is Half Trend indicator. 

sometimes it opens too late and sometimes closes too late or miss the closure still due to Half trend indicator.

both indicators have default settings and also EA. Object block indicator is set as M1 (press button M1 in indicator menu) and rejection.

problem is Half trend that changes its line color several times before stabilizing. But I MUST ENTER AND EXIT as soon as there is the possibility.

in this example, Zigzag (white arrow) is BUY. Half trend (delayed from 1 hour to be more stable) is changed from sell to buy, as soon as appears object block blue box I enter trade. Exit as soon as Half trend becomes red again or by partial TP or by Stop loss.

 EA is working and don't need to be changed, only if needed communication with indicators that happens by using global variables (for ZZ and HT). for OB I read directly from chart objects.
