I already have an EA job is to Edit that EA

I need the following edit on my EA. The EA hardly opens SELL trades even when the sell criterias were met, it opens only BUY trades, so I need that to be fixed. Currently the EA only works on the 1H timeframe which is not okay by me. I want a situation where I’ll be able to also use it on the 4H, & 15M timeframe. I also want a trailing stop loss of 30 pips to be added. The EA usually opens 5 positions, so I want to reduce it to 3 positions per pair since i don’t have huge capital to trade with. I also noticed the auto lot size compounding works perfectly with XAUUSD, but doesn’t work well with other pairs. I want that to be fixed also. The criteria’s are listed below.  

BUY SCENARIOS 

1. RSI has to go below line 35 and cross the signal line upward on the 4H timeframe.
2. Buy immediately an Heikin Ashi candle opens BULLISH on the 4H timeframe. Set Stop loss to 50 pips and set TP for the 1st position to be 30 pips, while TP for 2nd position to be 50 pips, TP for the 3rd position to be 100 pips. Add a trailing stop loss of 30 pips.

SELL SCENARIOS 

1. RSI has to go above line 65 and cross the signal line downward on the 4H timeframe. 
2. Sell immediately an Heikin Ashi candle opens BEARISH on the 4H. Set Stop loss to 50 pips and set TP for the 1st position to be 30 pips, while TP for 2nd position to be 50 pips, and TP for the 3rd position to be 100 pips. Add a trailing stop loss of 30 pips.
