Update indicator (Export Order History)

I have an "export order/trade history" indicator which updates on a new tick, from the chart it is attached to. I need it to update every second, regardless of whether there is a new tick or not. Also, at the minute the indicator needs to be reloaded every time i reboot the platform, this should be fixed too. I don't want to be reattaching the indicator every time i boot up the platform, it should remember.

Please note, very important; the output of the indicator, and how it updates should remain exactly the way it is. Operationally nothing should be changed as there are other programs depending on the output, and i am not rewriting them.
