An Expert Adviser MT4 to open/close buy/sell-stop based on following criteria

Requirements:

I would like to have a programmer to program the following EA:

- Initial order will be done manually through buy/sell market or buy/sell limit this will be done by myself with the ability to control/customize lot size, SL, TP again, I would like to be able to use buy/sell limits for my initial order.

- Once the order executed/activated immediately the EA should open opposite order-stop (sell-stop or buy-stop) as pending order the price of the order should be the same price of the initial's order stop loss, and its stop loss should be the price of the initial's opened order. TP should be 60 points.

- If the initial order hit TP, EA should close the pending order for the same currency pair.

- If initial order hit SL, this should activate the opposite pending order and the EA should open another opposite pending order with the exact same criteria as above.

- The new pending order should be as multiplier, those multipliers needs to be customizable by me in the EA setting i.e. PO1 0.01 PO2 0.02 PO3 0.03 PO4 0.04 PO5 0.06 etc I would like to have the ability to change those values in the EA settings.

- For the initial order I will be changing the SL based on the market behavior so SL might be hit with positive amount, in that case pending orders should also be deleted once the TP is hit or positive SL is hit as well.

- This EA can be run on multiple currency pairs, however there will be only One pending order and One active order per one pair at any given time.
