Protection and License Management System for mt4 and mt5

Hello,

I am looking for a developer who can make a License Management System for my (soon to be developed) MT5 bot. The idea would be that the bot can only be used by persons that have the API (or any other code) for the bot. I would like to have access to a portal (or similar) in which I can manage the licenses (e.g. length of the license - such as a month, year or longer, and grant or deny further access to the bot). It would also be good if there is a certain payment/pricing overview is involved, but that's just an idea.

Please let me know if you can assist me with this and if so, how you would approach this task.
