A simple price action based EA

Hello,

I need a EA that can read the current Bid and Ask price of a instrument and that can place at the same time a buy and a sell pending order (buy limit and sell limit) 

within the instrument spread.

For example if the GBPUSD Sell price is 1.21010 and the Buy price is 1.21020 the EA must place a buy limit order at 1.21015 and also a sell limit order at 1.21015 (it must be able to place the orders in the middle of the spread).

If the buy limit order is opened , the EA must cancel the sell limit order. If the sell limit order is opened the EA must cancel the buy limit order. This must be done as soon as 1 order is triggered.

I will also need ghost and non ghost TP/SL in points, not in pips, with true/false tabs to be use or not.

I will need the EA to work based on a magic number, so that I can run it on multiple instruments.

I will need a time filter, so that the EA will only place orders during a predefine time frame, with a true/false to be used as filter.

The EA must only place 1 buy limit and 1 sell limit orders at a time, wait for 1 to be triggered, cancel the other one, wait for the opened trade to close, then reset and place new set of pending orders.
