This EA is for MT4

I want to be able to place 1-5 trades simultaneously, after only clicking one button, one time.

I want to have the option to make these market OR limit orders. If I cannot have both, these must be market orders.

I want these trades to have an automatic stop loss and take profit. The stop loss and take profit would be set in terms of number of pips/points.

Example: I am looking at a forex pair I want to trade. I want a position size of 200 lots. So, I set the EA to place 5 separate trades, with each one having a 40 lot size. When I press the buy or sell button once, the EA places 5 separate trades simultaneously. The EA would place a stop loss and take profit automatically.
