Hedge EA on different Drowdown levels

I need an Hedge EA on different Drowdown Levels - Hedge EA should not hedge more lots which original Orders.

This ea should Hedge If drowdown is for example more than 10 percent, all open positions should be Hedged (please not If in Parameters is selected only loss orders than only loss orders should be Hedged).

For The Hedge in each Drawdown Level I want to chose tp and sl.

After order is execute EA should place the Hedge as Market again only If drowdown is still as in my example 10%

If drowdown is getting bigger I want to Chose another Hedge for all open positions. If drowdown is for example 20% in the next drowdown level- but only for the positions which are not Hedged alredy over first hedge . If First Hedge is still in the market ea should not hedge the volume twice.

Important is that ea is only Hedging the orders in Terminal and not his own orders.

So If there in total from another EA 10 lot - ea is having always in total 10 Lots as Hedge . Not more

And Hedge ea does not Hedge his own orders. Hedge ea does only Hedge orders from other ea or manual Trader.

EXMPLE

if there are 10 Lots shrt in Minus - and if drowdown is 10% than 10 lots are hedged

If than now a Trader or EA is opening another 5 Lots - and drowdown is encreasing to 20% - EA is hedgin not again 15 Lots - EA is hedging only the 5 Lots. If the other 10 Lots closed with TP and EA is going again to 20 % drowdon - than this 10 Lots also should be hedged.

If th 5 Lots are closed with TP - also this 5 Lots should be hedged when 20% drowdon is reached.

Parameters Hedge:
Profit orders:  If yes profit orders should be Hedged
Loss orders: If yes los orders should be Hedged

If 1-Drowdown Hedge is closed with TP, it only works again if drowdown was under 10% and goes again over 10% - than a Hedge should be done.
