Engulfing EA development

hi! hi need an ea that works with engulgfing:

the Ea need to analize  only the last 2 candles and if it recognize a bullish engulfing it need to enter a long position at the end of 2nd candle with stop loss under the lowest price of the two candles+ stoploss shift and take profit same amount of stoploss total pips, instead if it recognize a bearish engulfing it need to enter a sell positizion at the end of 2nd candle  with stop loss over the highest price of the two candles+ stoploss shift and take profit same amount of stoploss total pips

this are the variables that i need:

-Timeframe

-lot size

-stop loss shift in pips

- max daily profit in $

-max daily loss in $

- customizable working hour of the ea
