Converting the indicator from TradingView to MT4

Hello, I am using an indicator written for TradingView and I want to use this indicator for MT4.

The indicator is an open-source script.
I see this indicator on tradingview.com after I need to convert it to mt4 indicator.

Is there someone that can do that, please?
