I want a spike cather on BOOM 1000 AND CRASH 1000

I want a trading robot that catches a spike after a spike cross moving average while retracing to the MA on period 13 with the following SETTINGS period :13 shift: 0 method : exponential apply to :close .I want a situation where a spike occurs and its crosses the MA on period 13. while creating smaller candles sticks retracing to the MA 13. The moment its touches the MA 13 or before it touches maybe 1 small candle stick aware from then MA13 the robot must place a trade, Condition on Boom market the robot must take upward spiking candles and on crash market the robot must take downward spiking candles. Stop losses must be based on the number of candles sticks created after a downward cross on anticipation of a spike after cross over. Example we are on boom1000. a spike comes crosses the MA 13 we wait for small candles to retrace to the MA13 when MA13 is about to be hit a buy entry must be opened by the EA The Vise Verser is the same for Crash 1000. If it spikes, we are in but if not, there must a stop loss. let's say we were waiting for a spike to occur then it doesn't we wait for 3 small candles to closes below the MA13 after that it is supposed to Close automatically. For boom stoploss points are 25000 and for crash its 15000 points. Parameter for this robot must have an area where is shows Batton buy or sale is pressed depending on the pair i want to plug in example switch to buy when its boom market and when its sale for crash market .it must have area where lost sizes are adjusted and must have an area where stop losses are adjusted for feature purposes. It must have trailing stop loss Showes number of trades number of loses taken and over gain in pips
