Developing an EA based on signal coming from an indicator

the indicator can be the external one that I have or can be coded into the EA

bollinger bands have to be applied to the indicator because the signal come from them

the EA then has to have time for start/stop trading - days of the week for trading or not - max stop loss and take profit in pips/currency
