Time frame trend mt4 indicator

Hello and God bless. I would like a indicator made that is going to show the trend of that time frame. Starting from the monthly all the way down to the one minute. Just like the picture that I post. I would like to have arrows instead of colors. I would like to have the local time and also a bar counter attached to it. When the day for hour and 1 hour are the same I would like for it to give an alert. Or to be able to pick what time frames I would like to  give the alert.
