I need an EA or script that can do hourly throttling of trades:

I want to set a max. number of hourly trades that my MT4 terminal will allow. I have a trade copier EA in a chart that receives too many trades per hour, so I need to throttle the hourly trades to a value I set. Any orders that exceed this amount will be rejected, and the currently open trades will still continue. This is based on hourly, and the counting resets again each hour (example 4 trades max. every hour).


** What I do NOT want: **

- limits the total number of open trades

- closes existing (old) trades

- changes lot size, TP / SL

- disables auto-trading
