I'm learning mql5 so I'm having troubles with learning to code an indicator

I'm trying to code an indicator that will display an economic calendar on the chart and with 3 buffers that will be called by expert advisor.

I want someone to create a template for me that will just display particular array content on the chart by certain times and 3 buffers that will be updated by this array content.

The part of loading reading news to an array is covered, reading articles I couldn't find examples of what I want to do, all examples are of plot indicators.

I hope I'm making sense. and I only have $30
