I am looking for an expert programmer who can build me an efficient Expert Advisor, but trust me, it will be very difficult so don't waste your time and mine reaching out to me if you aren't confident on your skills.

I trade using eye analysis by finding out the trend direction on the higher timeframe, then drawing strong key levels on the lower timeframes near the live price and depending on the market trend I wait for a breakout of these structures and the pullback to these areas but respecting so many rules like (while making the breakout, it should be a clear and nice breakout so as not to confuse it with a false breakout, also if during the breakout we reached another strong level, then the pullback is not valid, so the pullback is valid only if we still didn't touch any key level) and much more...
