Developer needs to create expert advisor based on EMA Cross and RSI

I am looking to develop a trading robot based on EMA and RSI.

Please let me know if anyone interested to do that so that I can provide specification 

Brief specification

1. Need the entry based on EMA cross.  Two EMAs are needed. EMA Value I will provide during trading

2. It should have a stop loss field

3. it should have a trailing stop field

4. It should be checking RSI value based on my input in screen

5. It should have a profit field

6. Exit should be either Profit or Stop loss or Trailing Stop loss Or next EMA cross.

7. I also need a parameter /field to put 2nd entry in same direction. But no more entry in same direction after it is traded twice in same direction.

8. It will wait for next cross to take the next entry.

9. should be able to use MT4 or MT5 platform.


Please let me know if some one can do  it.
