Dashboard indicator + alerts

I need developer who can create a MT5 dashboard indicator that would:

- Scan up to 25 instrument

- Measure average ranges (two different) and percentages

- Follow trends on up to 10 different timeframes 

- Trigger alerts: - Different alerts based on fractal and price (2 for buy, 2 for sell)

                        - Alert for trends when all the same

- based on price, moving average, fractals
