EA programmer needed to create automated trading based on RSI and EMA

As per my attached file, I need a EA to be coded based on the RSi indicator. I will need 2 buy order levels and 1 level that will close the buy orders. 2 sell order levels and 1 level that will close all sell orders. For example - the Rsi crosses DOWN “Rsi level 15” after candle closes, a buy order will open, IF THE RSI REMAINS UNDER Rsi level 15, it will continue to open orders until its above that level. Once the Rsi crosses UP above “Rsi level” (example 45) all buy orders will close. Same for sell orders - EXAMPLE FOR SELL ORDERS. Rsi crosses UP “rsi level 85” sell order will open IF THE RSI REMAINS ABOVE 85 it will continue to sell. Once the Rsi crosses below (example Rsi 65) all sell orders will close
