Indicator for refreshing the indicators

Hi There

I am using a repainting indicator that needs to be refreshed from time to time.

I need an indicator or (if not possible an indicator, then a script) that refreshes the indicators every time period. The time period (seconds) should be an input in the indicator.

I tried many indicators that are available on the internet but none of them is working properly.
