Need an Expert Advisor that allow me to set Pending orders (Buy Stop & Sell stop)

Hi, I need an Expert Advisor on mql5 to trade forex that allow me to set Pending orders (Buy Stop & Sell stop) on any time frame (15 min time frame as default, but with option for change time frames) 

This EA needs to have the follow criteria:

- Set pending ordes (Buy stop and Sell stop)  Automatically on different pairs at the same time with the same parameters

- Can be use on any time frame (15 Minute time frame as default with the posibility of change to oder time frames)

- In order to set a Buy stop, the EA needs to be trade from the Max higher high bull candle price (not wick) and for Sell stop must the same from the max lower low bear candle (picture attached)

- The position for the buy stop loss must be changeable (tweck) in order to enter a Buy stop for example: 7 pips above max higher high bear candle and the same for a sell stop  (picture attached)

- The take profit and stop loss must be changeable  (tweck) on both buy stop and sell stop with the same parameters, for example: TP 10 pips above entry and SL 10 pips below entry this parameters must be the same on a buy stop and a Sell stop

- Dont count the first candle of the day as a max bull or bear candle for an entry criteria  (picture attached)
