I need an expert in PRICE ACTION Indicator programming for the Daily Timeframe

Can you program a visual Price Action Indicator with Alert Functions (PopUp, Email) for the daily timeframe,

according to the Entry Rules found in this 3part Video Series ? (The Rules are in Part 1 and Part 2)

"Wait for a Swing low to be broken"

For Short Example:

You have to scan the past Candles, breaking down through a Support Level which was respected by a further past Candle.

Than price comes back up , forms a lower high (not breaking previous highs) and goes down again but its LOW closes above the previous Support Level.

This is the point i need a drawn object (rectangle) at the LOW of the actual daily candle. I communicate further explanations when i found someone who will be the chosen programmer.
