Create MQL4 EA at Crosses of pips only without price action

Hi dear developers, create EA which trades pips barriers without using any strategy or price action,  like if i write in price box eur.usd 1.1810 and in pips box i write 10

Boto , adifon never apply here,

 it means buy when current candle crosses 1.1810 price UP  and do open SELL when current candle crosses 1.1810 price   0.01pips or more down from current price, 

same rule for candle close as well,

with following inputs in mql4 ea

TP

STP

PROFIT BOX

LOSS BOX

SPREADrange (0-3 or any value i should b able to write)

Multiplier = which increases lots in case of loss in previous lot

EquityRisk  === how much u can afford to lose

SupportManualOrders

etc

CloseAll button = orders in profit close, orders in loss close
