An EA based on MACD multi-timeframe strategy

Hi developers,

I am in need of a developer who can code this strategy.

MACD multi-timeframe strategy

A. In the 4-hour timeframe, look for MACD if it is indicating bullish or bearish momentum

B. Now go down to the 1-hour timeframe, look for another bullish/bearish momentum within the bullish/bearish momentum indicating from 4-hour timeframe

C. Now finally go down to the 15-mins timeframe, this is where to place your trades

i. if both 4-hour and 1-hour timeframe is showing bullish, wait for MACD cross-up for a buy trade

ii. if both 4-hour and 1-hour timeframe is showing bearish, wait for MACD cross-down for a sell trade

D. To further filter down false signals, only trade above 200 EMA for buy signals (candle closes above 200 EMA), and only trade below 200 EMA for sell signals (candle closes below 200 EMA)

As for the MACD settings, I preferred the default settings, however, if the developer can optimize a much better setting for each forex pair, then that's a bonus

Furthermore, if the developer has the initiative to make this strategy much more better by adding more indicators or whatever, then that's also another bonus
