EA Details:

If a currency pair moves up side 10 pips then it should open buy order. If a currency pair moves down side  pips then it should open sell order.

Once a TP or SL hits, at same SL/TP price, EA should open new trade in the direction where last 10 pips moved, means if last 10 pips were bullish then buy and if last 10 pips were bearish then sell.
