Please add a stochastic to my MACD EA

Setting to add

EnableTrade = this must enable trade if its set to true but it must always send notifications as it currently does


Conditions to add 

the sell signal is when the stochastic signal line is above the stochastic main line AND the macd sell signal is true

buy signal is when the stochastic signal line is below the stochastic main line AND the macd buy signal is true


please note that the macd and notifications are already coded. You just need to add the stochastic in such that the macd and stochastic are dependent on each other
