Liquadity EA (stop hunt )

Hi, i would like an experience programmer to programme an EA that will work with the following specification as demostrated on the pictures and mensioned on here

*specifications*

the robot will draw  hight and lows , or on support n resistance levels.

for buy 

>> the low or support will be broken (as seen on the attached picture) and the markert moves ''X'' pips away from the broken support(this will be an option to select pips moved away) , and when the markert come back to the support level, if the candle closes above the level or move X pips above(this will be an option) the level then the EA will place buy or buy stop( this will be an option)

for sells

>>the opposite of the buy

EA options

>STOP loss

> TP

>Breakeven

>trail stop---trail at the specific pips selected by user

> risk to reward-- 1:3 ( when selection this option the stop loss must be bellow the recent low )  

>Risking account percentage--- the user must be able to sellect a percentage they want to risk of the account

the EA have an filter that shows how many trades running , and which pairs.

the EA must be able to be locked and be used by the client i send it to
