Confirmation when AO crosses 0 line in multiple time frames Bill Williams

Hello,

I am looking for an Expert Advisor that can tell me, when a certain condition has been met.

It is using Bill Williams Chaos Theory and I am simply looking for a notification when the A O has crossed the zero line on multiple time frames. (once I know this I can then go look at the chart and manually make a decision).  I imagine for a programmer, this would be pretty easy as it is just a set of moving averages.
