I need an Expert Advisor based off of Moving average and MACD

The basis of this strategy is for the EA to enter a trade once the price closes over the moving average and the MACD is on the right side. 

For a BUY position the price has to cross over from under the MA and have closed above the MA and the MACD value has to be positive. It's the opposite for a sell position. (Picture 1 in the attachments is an example)

The SL should be 30 pips and it should be able to be changed manually. In Picture 1 on the Sell option you'll notice that the price went back above the MA and re-entered. This is where the sl comes in. While the sl is still active on the last trade there should not be a new trade.

I will tell the desired parameters for the MACD and MA to thedeveloper.
