Open trades based on expert journal

The main function of the EA is being able to check the expert log in real time and open orders based on it.

Features:

-open buy/ sell trades based on specific expert log text. (text specified for buy and for sell via parameter)

-set lot size based on ATR and percent of account to risk if trade hits SL (which is also set by ATR)
