EA to read signals from Telegram and create order in MT4 for Binary Options

Hi 

I want to create an EA that reads a telegram channel with binary options signals then creates orders in MT4, I want these orders to be readable by mt2trading platform.

The format of the signals are as follows: AUD/CHF / SELL / 5m / 20:45 GMT 

The only reason I want them to be read by MT4 is so that I can send those orders to - www.mt2trading.com

The broker I want to use to take these traders is spectre.ai 

This is just one solution, if possible it could also just: 

1 - Read the telegram channel signals and send them to mt2trading somehow

2 - Read the telegram channel signals and automate trading on spectre.ai 

I will obviously want to still modify small things like - order amount, order quantity, martingale steps

I simply want to just read a telegram signals channel and find a way to execute on those orders automatically

There are many that do this for Forex but I have not seen many for Binary options if you know any existing that would be amazing. 

I am very clear on how this should all work, whether it be something that exists already or something custom.
