Need a simple EA for MT4

How it should work:
For actual symbol for 4h time frame we have a week divided into 42 candles. Each of these 42 candles I want to select which I will trade and which not. E.g. only candle 5, 12, 18, 25. This should be easily adjustable in the code.

After the end of candle that I want to trade (e.g. after candle 5 end = start of candle 6) 2 pending orders will be placed. BuyStop (above) and SellStop (below) like this:

1. BuyStop order parameters (based on Ask price):
- Price = PreviousCandleHigh + MarkUp (a variable defined and adjustable in the code)
(PreviousCandle = the finished one, i.e. the one I want to trade)
- StopLoss = (PreviousCandleOpen+PreviousCandleClose)/2 (i.e. middle of the body)
- TakeProfit = 2x StopLoss (i.e. RRR 2:1)
- Size of the trade will be based on equity and StopLoss - risking 1% of equity, rounded up, i.e. min. 0.01 lot (again this should be easily adjustable in the code)

2. SellStop order parameters (based on Bid price):
- Price = PreviousCandleLow - MarkUp
- StopLoss = (PreviousCandleOpen+PreviousCandleClose)/2
- TakeProfit = 2x StopLoss (i.e. RRR 2:1)
- Size of the trade will be based on equity and StopLoss - risking 1% of equity, rounded up, i.e. min. 0.01 lot

3. Cancellation and Closing
- If one of the trades closes in profit, the other order should be cancelled.
- At predefined time (OpenOrdersCancelTime) all Open orders should be cancelled - let's set this to Friday 20:00 GMT.
- At predefined time (OpenTradesClosingTime) all Open trades should be closed - let's set this to Friday 21:30 GMT.
(both times should be adjustable in the code)

So these cases can happen:
a) 1st trade hits TP, 2nd order is immediately cancelled
b) 1st trade hits SL, 2nd then hits TP
c) 1st hits SL, then 2nd hits SL too
d) 1st trade opens, but is closed at OpenTradesClosingTime, 2nd order is cancelled at OpenOrdersCancelTime
e) no trade opens and both orders are cancelled at OpenOrdersCancelTime

This means there will be multiple orders and trades running at the same time.
