Automatic import of price levels from xml file to EA

I have created EA for trading price levels.I enter levels manually into EA. I'm looking for someone to edit my EA so I don't have to enter levels manually, but they are loaded automatically from an xml file.

- insert automatic levels into AOS with path to files on your computer in ninje xml
- automatic levels from internet xml (address eg www.mojelevely.cz/levely.xml)
- load eg after 5 min. from files and manual load button
- somehow solve, that levels that have already been traded or are switched off after reloading levels do not activate
