Need to build a Scanner/Dashboard based on multiple custom indicators which will display signals from different symbols.

I need to create a dashboard scanner for my MT4 software which can be loaded on any template or chart and scan every one minute.

The Dash board is for combined scanning all symbols in my market watch window for the following indicators together every minute.:- RSI 14 and 21, STOCH RSI BASIC (5,14,14,3,3) and ENTRY REVERSAL INDICATOR (DEFAULT SETTINGS).

The indicators are in EXE, EX4 and MLQ4 source file, either purchased or available free in MLQ5 market.

The Dashboard should include resizable columns with- symbol name, time frame (5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 45 min, 1 hourly, 4 hourly, daily, weekly), type of alert (buy/sell/ exit sell/ exit buy), age of the alert bar, current market price, stat chart (clickable link of the symbol chart in the above window of he same chart), type of indicator (which had initiated the alert).

Dashboard should have a scroll bar which should to easily navigable like hold and drag, click to scroll page up or down etc.

Option to select indicators from navigator window, modify criteria and modify alert (alert type- pop up in alert window with sound,  push notification, email alert).

Ability to scan every one minute in live market. All the columns headings should be clickable in order to view the results in ascending or descending order.

eg- The kind of alerts required for the following indicators

RSI 14- 50 CROSSOVER UP OR DOWN, from 30 REVERSE UP, from 70 REVERSE DOWN; RSI 21- from 60 REVERSE DOWN, from 40 REVERSE UP;

STOCH RSI BASIC (5, 14, 14, 3, 3)-  MOVING AVERAGE CROSSOVER WHEN ABOVE 80 OR BELOW 20;

ENTRY REVERSAL INDICATOR - WHEN A BUY/SELL ARROW IS CREATED, WHEN EXIT BUY/ EXIT SELL SIGNAL IS GENERATED.

For the ENTRY REVERSAL INDICATOR, when it is attached to any chart, it already creates buy and sell signal green/red arrows and gives out buy/sell/exit buy/exit sell alerts in pop up, push notifications and email format. All I want is it to be able to scan all the symbols on my market watch list and give out alerts. So when I look at the alerts, I can click on the scanner link for the symbol and then view the chart.
