Converting an existing "PipFinite Trend Pro" indicator into a Forex Robot

My Needs are as below on Meta Trader4:

1- The EA open a position when the success rate is more than 74 in the time frame i can choose ( I need being able to change  the both values , Time Frame and success rate )

2- The EA use a fixed Lot Size which is variable by my needs.

3- The Ea use the TP1 to close the deal ( i will be able to change the target to TP2 )

4- I need to have my MQ4 source file.
