URGENT: Funds Withheld Without Evidence - Service Desk Delaying Response

Hello everyone and MQL5 Administration,

I am writing this because my financial operations have been restricted without any concrete evidence or explanation. I have provided all the necessary logs, but the Service Desk is only replying once per day, clearly trying to delay the process and withhold my earned funds.

It is unacceptable for a global platform like MQL5 to freeze user funds based on mere assumptions and then provide such slow support. I demand a senior moderator or administrator to review my ticket (serbur654) immediately.

Does anyone else experience this kind of "slow-play" tactic from support when it comes to financial disputes?
