Withdrawal request delayed — no Service Desk response

 

Hello,

I submitted a withdrawal request in 15th of september and completed all verification steps. It has now been more than 3 days without processing. I also opened a Service Desk ticket #5588920 3 days ago, but I have not received any reply.

This delay is causing me concern, as withdrawals normally take 1–3 business days. Could a moderator or MQL5 support team please check the status of my withdrawal and update me?

You need to contact Service Desk. Typically, the Service Desk responds within a few days, although extended delays can happen if there’s high volume. Rest assured, they will get back to you.

For clarity: you submitted the ticket on the 15th according to the first post. As of today, the 23rd, only 9 days have passed (less than two weeks).

A reply may take up to 14 days, as stated in the ticket.

In summary, the estimated period ends on the 29th. If you have not received a reply by the 30th, let us know here.

Hello miguel, i closed the date 15th ticket yesterday and created a new ticket i thought maybe it didnt reach service desk or something. because i cant open two tickets at the same time. so i have a new ticket opened yesterday. so do i still let you know by 30th? 

i think there is an issue or something because i made a withdrawal last time and i took only one day.
