1- Sell when the price is going up strongly (sell into strength): is a good way to take profits because after a strong rally, the price often has to correct down.

2- When reaching the target of taking profit initially set: Hoai usually closes the order when the truss has reached the target (2-3R profit or more)

3- When the price jumps the gap: if the price gapes sharply in the direction of the trade, it will usually quickly pull back to fill the gap, so we need to take profits before that.

4- Sudden increase in volatility: when the ATR spikes, it is a good time to take profits, because very soon the market will return to its original state and the price is very easy to reverse.
