RSI is a pretty useful indicator in itself but it's even more effective when you trade divergence patterns with that. Because the divergence signal of the RSI indicator is one of the most powerful signals among the indicators.

Divergences signal a potential reversal point because directional momentum does not confirm the price. A bullish divergence occurs when the underlying security makes a lower low and RSI forms a higher low, which shows less downside momentum. A bearish divergence forms when the security records a higher high and RSI forms a lower high, which shows less upside momentum.

The indicator also finds hidden divergences (HD). Hidden divergences are created in the direction of the trend, and are often strong signals for the trading.

This indicator is very functional and can greatly improve the outcome of your trading.

Detection method

Indicator detects price pivots and checks the corresponding value of pivots on RSI indicator.

When a divergence is detected (price movement and oscillator in the opposite direction), it is plotted bylines in the chart and oscillator.

Just bought this indicator. I think it has huge potential but I think it needs improving. Please see screen shot. My other divergence indicator which I also bought from MQ5 site gave an alert of Bullish Regular Divergence on the NZDJPY 4H chart. I immediately opened the NZDJPY 4H chart and its very clear that there was indeed a Bullish Regular Divergence on it (please see screen shot where I high lighted with green lines). But sadly and very disappointingly, your indicator totally failed to catch it when it was so obvious and clear. I used the same 14 period in both indicators. However, in your indicator, I could only change the period and nothing else. The only reason why I purchased your product was because yours is the only one which visually draws out the divergence lines and to me it is a huge plus and a huge advantage over the other indicators available here. However, quite disappointed that it failed to catch the above described divergence. 3 stars for now, will review my rating again if things gets improved. Otherwise, 3 stars is my honest rating as it is now.
