it would be great to have this feature: if dynamic MM is used (use_fix_lots is false), to have a fixed amount to subtract from the balance or equity. For instance: balance = 10000, amount to subtract = 8000 then the MM (funds for every 0.01 lots) is calculated based on 2000 only. It is a different way to protect the account, which is props firm friendly, in addition to the max floating loss.

2.  Funds for 0.01 lots

from 2022.1 to today, real tick.

PF was under 1.0. How do I Improve it? ECN account needed?

Hello, maybe you have some kind of error in testing, usually it is related to the wrong GMT time.

For the test, you need to specify the offset in GMT for the winter period, i.e. 1 less than now. For example, now for ICMarkets, FPMarkets, the GMT offset is +3, and in winter this value is +2, so you need to specify +2 for testing.

In real trading, the EA determines the required GMT by itself, just check it according to the instructions ( https://www.mql5.com/en/blogs/post/748027 ) . Also make sure you use the desired lot size. This important information to check is highlighted in red on the chart.

In terms of recommendations, I always use accounts of the ECN type, they may be called differently by different brokers, for example, "Raw" (ICMarkets, FPMarkets). By the way, if someone is interested in a lower commission from brokers, then pay attention to the information on my profile page.

This is some extra, because it can already be implemented using the existing parameters. In your example, if we want to use 2,000 out of 10,000 (all balance), then we need to proportionally reduce the trading lot, i.e. by 5 times (to do this, you need to increase the "Funds_for_0,01_of_Lots" parameter by 5 times).

not sure it's the same functionality, because after some growth of the total balance the ratio between the balance to use (initially 2000) and the total balance is not the same. Initially it is equal to 0.2, then if the account grows this ratio grows as well, up to value 1. For instance when total balance reaches 20'000, ratio is equal to 12'000 / 20'000 = 0.6.

In my scenario I want to keep my  "Funds_for_0,01_of_Lots" parameter so that the lot value is calculated based on the remaining balance (total current balance minus 8'000).

Параметр "закрытие всех позиций при общей просадке  от баланса"  работает, как я понимаю, по просадке от всех советников на счете, или нет?

Есть ли возможность сделать так, что бы был выбор и  этот параметр мог работь только по своим ордерам (по символу и магику), это даст возможность работы советникана на счете одновременно с другими советниками у которых всегда есть небольшая просадка. И еще вопрос, советник при этом, закрывает свои ордера или все на счете?

Здравствуйте, Виктор. Как раз наоборот, эксперт учитывает только свои позиции (т.е. со своим магическим числом и своим символом). Таким образом просадка рассчитывается только по своим позициям и закрываются только свои позиции.
