I have purchased and installed the product but when I click on a signal and the template opens, it does not show me an arrow where the signal originated?

Scanner is installed on a black background and template name was added to the template to open. On this template the scanner is also installed but no arrow signal is displayed.

What am I doing wrong?

Is it possible to choose the colors of the signal arrows?

RSI don`t work?



Hello and thanks for your message. This can happen the first time you load the indicator on a chart. The reason is that the historical data for USDCHF was not able to completely download before the indicator was fully initiated. The data will continue to be downloaded in the background though and after some minute or two it will all be fine.

Hallo und vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht. Dies kann passieren, wenn Sie den Indikator zum ersten Mal in ein Diagramm laden. Der Grund dafür ist, dass die historischen Daten für USDCHF nicht vollständig heruntergeladen werden konnten, bevor der Indikator vollständig initiiert wurde. Die Daten werden jedoch weiterhin im Hintergrund heruntergeladen und nach ein oder zwei Minuten ist alles in Ordnung.

No it was not loaded for the first time in the diagram. I have activated the RSI function and it should probably become a signal. There came the display.

Hello and many thanks for buying my Fractals scanner :-)

There is not yet an EA here on the market which can be used with this indicator. You would have to develop your own EA and code it to read the signals from the .CSV file created by the indicator or from global variables. You have the option in the indicator to select if file or global variables. If you are not a coder then unfortunately I don't do freelance work myself so you would have to hire a developer here on the Freelance section. If you are interested in that then I can provide the developer with the necessary information.
