Hello I bought trend line map and trend screener. Trend line map monitors the market correctly at the beginning then monitoring stops, the indication "live signal update at" gives an update every minute but market monitoring is blocked. Could you see that as soon as possible because it is impossible to have the alert of the signals during the day and yet this is the usefulness of this indicator. Thank you

Question: Did you download the historical data of the pairs that you want to analyze with the Trend Line Map indicator?
For the Trend Line Map, you need to download the historical data one time to calculate properly the performance and ensure that the indicator will work perfectly.
We have prepared this video where we have explained how to download historical data perfectly in MT5 for Trend Line Map.

Dear sir,
Thank you for your comment and for choosing our indicators.
The M5 timeframe is a very small timeframes and it's recommend to use the system with M30 timeframes or H1 timeframes. Those are best timeframes for trending.

However I saw some errors in the log as follows:
Which didn't look very encouraging. My EA tends to operate on M1 which according to your reply above might not be ideal.
This is what I see:

The issue you’re experiencing seems to be due to missing historical data in MT5. I recommend checking out this YouTube video ( Step 1 ) , which explains how to download historical data in MT5. Once the historical data is downloaded, the trendline map indicator should work correctly on your end.

Step 2 : Additionally, please ensure that your MT5 historical bar settings match the screenshot below:
By completing these two steps, you’ll be able to ensure the trendline map indicator functions smoothly in your MT5.
