Создайте Telegram-канал, добавьте бота как администратора, получите числовой Chat ID

Установите TG SignalCast на любой график, во вкладке Входные параметры введите Token и Chat ID

Настройте фильтры и формат сообщений → нажмите ОК

Утилита активна. Приветственное сообщение придёт в канал мгновенно.
