Исправьте отчет об ошибках, зачем сообщать об ошибке, если ее нет? Что такое возвращаемые значения функции? Как их использовать?

при компиляции в редакторе meta он покажет вам несколько ошибок

да err_buy это bolean хранит два значения true или false 0 или 1

buy_ticket=OrderSend

order send возвращает номер билета выполненного ордера, например 355487936, как и в этом случае, я объявляю переменную buy_ticket как intiger, которая хранит числа
