Today it looks like there is another fantastic divergence setup coming up, but it is NOT ⚠️
1. The USD Net Long Volume dropped in the last few hours.
2. The USD became stronger against the Net Long Volume trend
So far, so good BUT
3. The Total Volume dropped constantly, and this makes also clear that this drop in the USD Net Long Volume was only a result of closing trades.
There is NO new or real demand for USD short positions.
So, my recommendation for today is to stay at the sideline, and keep your money safe.
I hope this helps to understand the market's behaviour a bit better.

Today I caught another great divergence trade setup on USDJPY.
1. The USD Net Long Volume rose during the Asian session and remained stable
2. There was a short USD weakness period against the Volume trend
3. The USD snapped back to the strong side in line with the Volume trend
Why didn't I take this opportunity earlier?
Because I always await the London opening + at least 15 minutes after, visualized as a thin green line on this chart.
4. The total volume tells us the market conditions are perfectly stable which result in a decent and profitable trend
