What do you mean by "Buffer 1" in the alert? Can you send a screenshot of the alert so I can fix the possible issue?

I tested and the download works fine here. I tried both ways: from MT4 itself and from the web browser.
Don't forget to login to your MQL5 account in the MT4.
If it still doesn't download try another install of MT4 and see if that works.

Great Ichimoku indicator, but the green and red cloud sometimes confusing since the color is not red and green.

You can change the colors in the "colors" tab of the indicator settings window. Change the colors of the # 6 and 7.
