Can we upload it on a chart that use EA??
The rule of MT5 (or MT4) one chart is only can running one EA.
But you can open this EA in other chart. Simple right? :-)

Thanks, and so so so sorry to ask a dumb question, so if I open in different chart, I will be able to use it to close all positions opened manually or by the EA from other charts ??? thank you in advance for your patient (Newbie)

this EA will close ALL open trade in the same chart as you choose to put (this EA). And not close the open trade that have different asset/symbol/pair with the chart.
For example if you put this EA on GBPUSD chart, then this EA only closed the GBPUSD open trade only. So in case you have EURUSD, USDCHF, will not be closed by the EA.
So you have to change the content of the chart first when you want to closed another pair/asset/symbol.
