For security reasons I have it to handle trades opened by this EA only.

That is in case the user does not want the trade to be handled that way.

It is very simple however to open a trade manually however through this EA.

Nevertheless, I can add that feature for you if your are interested.

Yes, if your EA can Handel trades opened manually or by running script or by anther EA I'm interested.

 I think your EA should do that if the trade has the same magic number. Please help, Thnks.

Thank you for your comment. You are absolutely right about your comment and the spread.

That is why I have an option whether or not to include the spread in the calculation of the next lot.

Therefore the lot increase of the next trade will increase at a rate to cover the total spread cost as well as the last trade gets more weight.

You can download the demo mode of this EA and run the backtest.

You can see there how the lotsizes increase depending on the parameters you select. You can there decide on the number of trades

I have uploaded a new version, where that is the case.

I am waiting for the metquotes to upload it.

You will be able to define the first trade type and entry point as follows.

Instant Buy : Set Trade Type to 0 and Entry Price to 0.

Instant Sell: Set Trade Type to1 and Entry Price to 0.

Buy Stop : Set Trade Type to 0 and Entry Price to a price greater than current Ask Price.

Sell Stop : Set Trade Type to 1 and Entry Price to a price lower than current Bid Price.

Buy Limit: Set Trade Type to 0 and Entry Price to a price lower than current Ask Price.

Sell Limit: Set Trade Type to 1 and Entry Price to a price higher than current Bid Price.

I am interested in your Revory EA but did I understand that right: you can either enter the initial trade via the EA and it does the recovery trades automatically or you can use it to recover an existing trade which was opened manually or by another EA? In this case you define the initial trade in the inputs of the EA but it won't be placed in the market, right?

Apart from that I would be interested whether it is possible to define a certain name as  a comment for the generated orders and trades? Ideally it would be nice to distinguisch between the initial trade and the recovery trades...

Both the first trade and the recovery trades are placed through this EA.

It does not take care of existing trades that have been opened manually or through another EA.

Once you decide that you want to place a trade you put the loss recovery trader on the chart ,select buy or sell and a trade is immediately opened.

If the trades does not reach its take profit/trailing profit the recovery algorithm with commence.

Regarding the comment I will deal with it on another version.

Currently all of them have the same comment. In the next one the will also have numbers . Recovery1, Recovery2....etc

SO you can tell the one with the 1 will be the first trade.

Thanks for your fast reply but this is bad news. I was hoping it works with an open position when I saw the "Place Trade" flag in your EA. Because very often you have not just one initial trade but a whole sequence of trades (multiple enties plus hedges). Therefore it would have been nice to calculate your average position, define it in the EA and set the Place Trade flag to false and the EA only trades the recovery trades... Would it be possible to implement this feature?

I wanna to buy you EA but i have some questions:

1. i already have another EA that open my first trade...i like to use your recoveru Ea if this 1 trade goes bad...

so...Can i se you recovery ea for the second trade..like a buy limites, sell limit, buy stop or sell stop? Can i use your ea whit the other ea whitout problems?

2. You Ea take his firts trade at x sise...can you you me the sises of the next trades that it take...? You can start whit 0.1

3. Can i change the original sise of the first lot and the algorith do the changes automatically for the next trades....?

4. The ea close all trades when one of the recovery trade reach profist?

5. the ea turns off?

Sorry are many question but i need to be sure that is what i need
