I installed it on my demo account and I have 2 questions :
1. Is there any reason for not fixing any T/P ?
2. The setting of the S/L (650) isn't it too "generous" compared with the potential profit ?

The EA open buy/sell trades only in trends so by not having a fix TP and instead using trailing stops we can have longer trades with bigger profits. You can set the TP at 100 and have a risk/reward ratio of 1:1.5
2. The setting of the S/L (650) isn't it too "generous" compared with the potential profit ?
GBPUSD have an average pip movement of 127 pips per day so 65 pips is ok. You can decrease the SL but you will not give it room to fluctuate.
Advisor is installed in the scripts.
It's weird, I just did the test and it download under Expert Advisor tab. Uninstall it and try again. If you need more help you can send a message in PM
